New Perspectives
The Bildungskolleg Oberbayern is an independent, regionally based educational institution. As an accredited BAMF provider and an AZAV-certified educational institution, we support people on their journey toward language proficiency, integration, and employment.
Our work is aimed at people with a migration background who are arriving in Germany and want to settle in and develop career opportunities. Drawing on our experience, structured approach, and sensitivity, we create learning environments where language is seen as the key to integration and education reaches those who need it most.
"Language opens doors. Integration begins when people are understood and new perspectives emerge."
“Every person has their own story; it’s important to approach people with that in mind.”
Barbara Wendorff, Managing Director
“For me, integration means empowering people so that they can find their place in Germany and advance in their careers.”
Eva-Marie Schumann, Managing Director
Administration & Instructors
Our administrative team supports participants and prospective students in a friendly, competent, and well-organized manner. Our instructors teach with extensive experience, cultural sensitivity, and a practical approach to language, integration, and the job market. Together, we create a space where people can learn, build trust, and gradually settle into life in Germany.

Shaping Together
Education thrives on collaboration. As an educational provider, we work closely with institutions, social organizations, educational partners, and public agencies. These collaborations strengthen our work and ensure that participants receive the best possible support—academically, organizationally, and personally.
