In addition to integration courses and vocational language courses, the Bildungskolleg Oberbayern develops and supports labor market-oriented programs. These programs are designed for people who are seeking guidance, trying to figure out their next career steps, or looking to prepare specifically for a job, an apprenticeship, or a training program.
The focus is on practical support, personalized guidance, and a clear understanding of the demands of the job market. Depending on the program, topics such as career guidance, job application support, language training in a professional context, skills assessment, or preparation for entering the workforce or vocational training may be addressed.
As an educational institution, we operate with reliable structures and a special understanding of people with a history of migration.
